|
Abstract
In a complex world of information overload, a dramatic paradigm shift in performance management is needed. The mantra “What’s measured gets managed” must become “What’s visible can be improved”. Analytic Scorecards leverage a new visualization technique and scorecarding method where businesses can not only measure their performance but also develop and refine a simple framework for identifying and focusing on those areas with most business impact. |
