The TBS Directive on Data Stewardship

The Directive on Data Stewardship is required to support the formalized development of departmental and enterprise wide Data Management (DM) practices. Participate in a candid discussion and understand what challenges, outcomes will be developed and as well influence the direction TBS will be going with Data Management in the Federal Government. This session will allow you to provide feedback and get involved in future decisions and discussions around DM.

Mark Armstrong Profile

Mr. Armstrong has held various senior management positions within the Federal Government and is currently serving as Senior Policy Analyst within the CIO Branch within the Treasury Board of Canada. He is tasked with providing the guidelines to the Directive on Data Stewardship as well as other key policy areas.
