Première partie

Pendant trop longtemps, les organisations ont essayé de rassembler tous les utilisateurs et activités BI en une seule architecture monolithique.  Avant-gardistes les organisations en sont maintenant à augmenter leurs entrepôts de données centrées sur les rapports avec des processus en temps réel, de l’analytique, un focus sur les données pour permettre de soutenir tout type d'utilisateur et d'application. Cette présentation décrit un écosystème BI émergent qui concilie les environnements informatiques « Top-down » et « Bottom-up ».

Dans la deuxième partie de la présentation, notre présentateur parlera du processus d'écriture de son livre, "Secrets of Analytical Leaders: Insights from Information Insiders", les gens qu'il a rencontrés, certains éléments clés et de façon globale ce que cela signifie pour l'avenir de la BI et des analytiques.

For too long, organizations have tried to shoehorn all business intelligence users and activities into a single, monolithic architecture. Forward-thinking organizations are now augmenting their classic report-centric data warehouses with real-time, analytical, and content-based engines to support any type of user and application. This presentation describes an emerging BI ecosystem that reconciles top-down and bottom-up computing environments and gives business analysts and data scientists a legitimate seat at the enterprise computing table.
