In the current digital age where organizations are globally spread, managing and maintaining quality of data is an important challenge to address. This challenge is more significant for Global BI Systems (GBIS) because maintaining the Global Business Rules (GBR) and Local Business Rules (LBR) in the same system will be very difficult. To design the GBIS, this paper presents additional decision parameters to decide the appropriate architecture for GBIS, and to maintain data quality for global and local requirements.
