In this session Yorgos will highlight some interesting changes that are/will be occurring in the two fundamental tool kits that organisations have been using: data and analytical methods.  Both will be tested when it comes to delivering improved financial results.

Bios of Presenter

Yorgos Moschovis
Director, Data & Audience Insights, Fairfax Media
Yorgos has just moved to Sydney after 12 years in Singapore to manage Fairfax's data and analytical capabilities in both the on-line and off-line worlds.
In his previous role, as the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics at SingTel, he oversaw the consumer insights and analytical marketing activities at SingTel, focusing on creating values, efficiencies and optimising decision-making.  SingTel's team of 74, probably the biggest Marketing Analytics team in Singapore, assumed operational responsibilities for Churn Management including Loyalty Rewards thus establishing a true End-to-End, Insights-to-Action, Analytics-to-Operations chain.
Yorgos has more than 20 years of experience in implementing and spearheading various aspects of analytics such as modelling, analytical and operational CRM, analytical marketing and loyalty management. Prior to joining SingTel, he was the Head of Regional Analytics Development and Data Management at OCBC bank. During his tenure with IBM (Unica) as Director of Professional Services Asia Pacific, Yorgos was key in driving delivery of direct marketing solutions to the Asia Pacific marketplace.
